Sankalpa: A Resolution

All the Sankalpees have been always motivated and eager
to participate in the Taste of OSU- an annual event
conducted by the OIE. This year too, all the volunteers
participated wholeheartedly and made it a good fund
raising event, raising $550.
The food that was served represented the variety of Indian
specialties ranging from the fast food like Pav-Bhaji to
South Indian Lemon Rice. The spicy Indo-Chinese Gobi
Manchurian was the most favorite and hence the most
appreciated food dish on our stall. All time favorite Mango
Milkshake too added a significant amount in our total funds.
Congratulations to Sankalpa on the successful Taste of OSU 2007!
